Terms and conditions
The agreement between you and WhizzAct Private Limited for the use of WhizzStudio.
Last updated 25 August 2026
1. Who this is between
These terms are an agreement between you (or the business you represent) and WhizzAct Private Limited, registered in India at WhizzAct Private Limited, Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. By creating an account you accept them.
2. Your account
You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your credentials safe. Tell us promptly at support@whizzact.com if you believe someone else has access.
3. Your content is yours
You keep ownership of everything you upload and publish. You grant us only the licence we need to host, process and display it in order to run the service for you. We do not use your content for anything else.
4. What you must not publish
You may not use WhizzStudio to publish anything unlawful, to infringe someone else's rights, to impersonate a person or organisation, to distribute malware, or to send unsolicited bulk messages. We may suspend a site that does, and will tell you why.
5. Plans and payment
Paid plans are billed in advance for the period you choose. Your plan sets what your workspace may use — sites, pages, storage and the rest — and those limits are enforced by the platform. Prices may change; we will give you notice before a change affects a renewal.
6. Cancelling
You may cancel at any time. Your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for, after which the workspace reverts to the free plan. Refunds are covered by our refund and cancellation policy.
7. Availability
We work to keep the service available and take regular backups, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Planned maintenance will be announced where we reasonably can.
8. Our liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue or data.
9. Ending the agreement
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that goes unpaid, or where we are required to by law. Where we reasonably can, we will give notice and a chance to put things right, and we will give you an opportunity to export your content.
10. Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India have exclusive jurisdiction.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you before it takes effect, and continuing to use the service after that date means you accept it.
